The Ballot Reader, Levy Math and the guides are free for everyone. The Levy File Pass pays for the site: it keeps more properties and more questions.
Free during preview. PayPal is not switched on yet, so there is nothing to buy today. Every Levy File gets the Pass limits now, at no charge, and nothing on this site asks for a card. When payments start, this page will say so first, and Files over the free limits keep everything they hold.

How billing will work
- Payment
- Through PayPal, as a subscription you can cancel in your PayPal account. This site never sees or stores card numbers.
- Cancelling
- Cancel in PayPal at any time. The Pass runs to the end of the month or year already paid for, then the File keeps what it holds and goes back to the free limits for adding more.
- No account
- The Pass belongs to the Levy File it was bought for, identified by its private link. There is still no account, email or name.
- One small ad, no data sales
- Four information pages, this one included, show one banner ad for WeldonPC’s own services, with no cookies or profile (see Privacy). The ballot tools and your Levy File never show one, and the site sells nothing about anyone.
